These Terms & Conditions govern the use of IceSpot. By accessing or using IceSpot, you agree to these terms.
IceSpot's Role
IceSpot is a platform that connects hockey players and families with independent coaches and training providers offering hockey development sessions and related opportunities.
IceSpot provides the technology to discover sessions, manage registrations, and connect families with coaches. Unless specifically stated otherwise, IceSpot does not provide the coaching or training services listed on the platform.
Coaches and training providers using IceSpot operate independently and are responsible for the sessions and services they offer.
Sessions & Registrations
Session information may include dates, times, locations, pricing, availability, age or skill requirements, and other details.
Coaches and training providers are responsible for the accuracy of the sessions they create and for delivering those sessions as described.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing session information and determining whether a session is appropriate for their player.
Session details and availability may occasionally change.
Participation & Safety
Hockey and athletic activities involve inherent risks. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a player is able and appropriately equipped to participate.
Players and families must follow applicable arena or facility rules and reasonable instructions provided by coaches and facility staff.
IceSpot is not responsible for the coaching, instruction, conduct, actions, or services provided by independent coaches or training providers using the platform.
Accounts & Player Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current account and player information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
IceSpot may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the platform, provide intentionally false information, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Cancellations & Changes
Sessions may occasionally be changed, postponed, or cancelled.
Cancellation, refund, payment, and waitlist policies applicable to a registration will be communicated through IceSpot.
Platform Availability
IceSpot works to provide accurate and reliable information and service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
IceSpot may update these Terms & Conditions as the platform and its services evolve. The most recent version will be posted on this page.
